Refund and Replacement Policy

At Woodpol, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and replacement policy below

1. Eligibility for Refund & Replacement

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions

Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue

Incorrect Product Received – If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

Expired Product – In the rare case that you receive an expired product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

– If the product has been opened, used, or partially consumed

– If the request is made after 7 days of delivery.

– If the issue is due to improper storage or handling by the customer

– If the product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective or damaged).

3. Process for Refund & Replacement

a) Initiate a Request

– Email us at salespolish@coatingsandcoatings.co.in or contact our customer support team with:

-Your order number

-Clear photos/videos of the issue

-A short description of the problem

b) Evaluation & Approval

– Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

c) Refund or Replacement

– If approved, we will:

-Replace the product and send a new one at no additional cost

-Process a refund (if applicable) to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

d) Shipping Costs & Returns

If the refund or replacement is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs.

If the issue does not qualify for a refund or replacement, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges

e) Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, they cannot be canceled.
